For four Saturdays in June join Jennifer Sadhana as she gets back to the basics and provides a gentle introduction to the practice of yoga. In this supportive, judgment-free zone let Jennifer help you figure out what yoga can do for you. Yoga is for EVERY body and everybody and we want you here, no matter where you’re starting from. Looking for something fun for the kiddos this summer? Thought about yoga? Well, we have, and since our first series was so popular we’re offering two BRAND NEW four-week series for the month of June. From 3:30-4:15 (ages 8-12) and 4:15-4:50 (ages 3-7) on Tuesdays let the little ones stretch and breathe, wiggle and play. Pre-registration is required by June 5th since space is limited.
