Level 1 A well-rounded yoga practice emphasizing alignment and breathing for beginners, or for those wishing to review the fundamentals.
Level 1 & 2
Bridges level 1 and 2, appropriate for beginners or intermediates, focuses on refining basic standing poses.
Level 2
Only for those with previous yoga experience who want to deepen their practice. Inversions and backbends are introduced.
Pilates
Discover your center with Pilates! Build strength, stability, flexibility and balance by training your core muscles. Pilates is a great compliment to your yoga practice. It helps improve breath control, prevents inuries and conditions your whole body.
Body Sculpt Body Sculpt is an energetic cardio, toning and strength training workout, combining the concepts in martial arts, plyometrics, and various aerobics classes. Intervals are added to make it more fun and the class also provides muscle toning exercises to give you a full-body workout. You'll use small & large balls, bands and your own body so from start to finish, you'll never get bored. Each segment of the class is packed with solid conditioning exercises that will define tone and strengthen your muscles and work your cardiovascular system as well. This fitness program welcomes people from all walks of life, regardless of size, shape, or ability. We have created a workout environment that is non-competitive and non-judgemental. Enjoy this class with imaginative instructors in an atmosphere that makes working out fun.

We are open Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm during the summer and winter “high seasons” and 10 am to 6 pm in the off season. Appointments can be arranged at times other than these by calling in advance.
